QUALITY POLICY<\/h2>

At B\u00e2timentsMarchandisesInternationaux, S.L.<\/strong>, as a customs logistics operator (warehousing and road transport of goods, including ADR), our commitment is to provide you with a high-quality logistics service, supporting your business worldwide and seeking the best options for you and your clients, always with the treatment you deserve. We prioritize your time, resources, and peace of mind.<\/p>

Furthermore, our fundamental objective is to provide clients with a service that meets their needs, offering real solutions to specific problems, while complying with and respecting current legislation. To strengthen its commitment to Quality, the Organization has decided to implement a Quality Management System, in accordance with the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015.
Quality is a company commitment and an individual responsibility of each member of the team, which must be reflected in concrete actions that project an image of B\u00e2timentsMarchandisesInternationaux<\/strong>, both internally and externally, that is synonymous with professionalism and quality of service to our clients.<\/p>

To achieve maximum customer satisfaction, we will apply and guide our system to achieve the following objectives:
\u00b7 Constantly monitor that we respond at all times to the demands and expectations of our clients.<\/p>

\u00b7 Commit to compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, as well as the standards of the organizations and\/or groups to which we belong.<\/p>

\u00b7 Provide the appropriate resources so that all personnel can freely identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder quality improvement in their workplace, thus achieving continuous improvement.
\u2022 Correct any nonconformities that arise, while also implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrence.<\/p>

\u2022 Consider continuous improvement a permanent objective that increases the quality perceived by our customers.<\/p>

\u2022 Foster a participatory environment among employees, integrating them into the common goal and improving communication to facilitate teamwork, individual recognition, and suggestions for improvement.<\/p>

\u2022 Consider meeting service deadlines, punctuality, and maintaining trust between our customers and suppliers as key aspects of the company’s daily operations.<\/p>

This Quality Policy is communicated to all company employees through its display on company premises and is publicly available to any external party who wishes to review it. Annually, coinciding with the management review, this policy is reviewed to determine if any points need to be added or modified to reflect changes in the company’s operations, ensuring it remains appropriate for the company’s functioning at all times.<\/p>
