GOOD DISTRIBUTION PRACTICES POLICY FOR PHARMACEUTICAL AND HEALTH PRODUCTS

o Ensuring that products are stored, handled, and transported under conditions that preserve their integrity, efficacy, and safety.
o Maintaining control systems that ensure complete traceability from receipt to final delivery.

Regulatory Compliance
o Ensure strict compliance with GDP regulations, European Union guidelines, and the requirements of the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS).
o Apply documented procedures that ensure the conformity of each operation.

Risk Prevention
o Adopt measures to prevent the introduction of counterfeit medicines or unauthorized products into the supply chain.
o Protect products against the risks of contamination, theft, or improper handling.

Facilities, Equipment, and Transport
o Maintain facilities, warehouses, and vehicles in appropriate conditions of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance.
o Ensure environmental control (temperature, humidity, and other critical conditions) when necessary.

o Ensure that all staff involved in distribution receive ongoing GDP training and are aware of their responsibilities.
o Promote a culture of quality and awareness of the importance of their work for public health.

o Implement a system for managing claims, returns, recalls, and incident reporting.
o Periodically evaluate the system’s effectiveness through internal audits, management reviews, and indicator monitoring.
o Promote continuous improvement in every process of the logistics chain.
